Hi again! How are you? I'm fine as well.
(Strange start for my posts).
Well, there is a major matter concerning me these days and it has to do with my blogging life. After the last post that I wrote in English, I was troubled whether I should continue writing in English (like my friends Laura and Noulo) or go back to Greek. Hmmm. It's a tough question.
Well, writing in English has certain advantages:
1. My audience (2-3 people for now) will be broader and my foreign friends will be able to read my posts as well (including my ex-flatmate Roberta). Moreover, it is more likely that the number of my foreign friends will increase since I am going to be working in a multi-cultural environment and in a multi-cultural city.
2. I will be able to express my self in a completely different way. The english language has the advantage of being plane and simple, instead of the Greek one which is more complicated.
3. I will practice my English even more (even in this post you can find many typos).
On the other hand, writing in Greek can also be fun:
1. Greek is my mother tongue and I can write faster and without advising the dictionary every 3 sentences.
2. The greek language may be more difficult but is also richer. Thus, you can express your self in multiple levels.
3. Writing in Greek means that I keep in touch with my country, which also represents my friends, my family and the sea (hm, very poetic).
Well?
I really don't know!
I will not justify my decision. I will just show it in my next post. If it's in English, then the title of the blog will also be in English. If it's in Greek... so it will be...
Finally, I would also like to write something about the trial of Plevris that takes place this time in Greece. However, I think that you can find enough info in the following blogs:

Only for those that are polliticaly sensitizated and actually consider fasism as a plague.
Greeks vote for his son to be a member of the parliament! Go on Greeks! Go on!

P.S. The last hour we are listening to the most silly songs with Thanasis. The one says "Ciggarets, drinks and sitting up late have destroyed the best homes". Greek folk music at its best...

Oki dokie, I need to put this up in English.
English and Greek are completely different languages.
The basic advantage of Greek is that they are structured upon rules . Thus, you can easily reform your phrases, or make metaphors and give a special feeling to a phrase.
On the other hand, this is not possible in English, since it is a vocabulary based language . The rulez are simple, but having 171,476 words with an additional 47,156 obsolete and 9,500 derivative words it is by far the language with the richest vocabulary. Thus you need the right word to express every little thing.
Bearing in mind that the average male can keep 60k active and 75k extra passive words in his memory, this is why you need to look at the dictionary every other minute:).
